Terms of Service

Local working draft. Owner and qualified counsel must approve the final public language.

Marketplace role

Ghana Tour Guide connects travelers with independent Ghanaian guides. Final owner-approved legal terms are required before public use.

Booking amounts

Traveler total equals tour subtotal plus a 3% Booking fee. The platform commission defaults to 12% of the tour subtotal and can be adjusted by an administrator only within 10–15%.

Completion and payout

Traveler funds are held. The guide is eligible for payout only after both parties confirm completion or an administrator confirms it.

Cancellation

Cancel before completion: refund the traveler and pay the guide GH₵0. Exact deadlines, disputes, no-show rules, and legal language require owner approval.
