Be truthful

Profiles, photos, prices, availability, tours, and reviews must be real and accurate. Invented reviews, impersonation, and scams are prohibited.

Harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, threats, fraud, spam, privacy violations, and unsafe services may be reported and removed.

Blocking persists, hides the blocked guide’s listings for that user, and prevents new or continued chat in either direction.

Administrators can hide reported content, suspend users, close reports, and retain an audit record of the action.
