Information collected

Account details, guide applications, bookings, messages, reviews, reports, support requests, and limited payment records are stored only in owner-controlled services.

Identity documents

Guide identity files are private, never public profile content, and are removed by the deletion function when legally permitted.

Account deletion

A recent password sign-in is required. Public review authors are anonymized, private data is removed, open bookings are canceled, held payments require refund, and payouts are blocked.

Owner approval required

The owner must add the legal entity, real contact details, retention periods, and public HTTPS URL before release.
